Evacuation Drills Newport Pagnell
Our evacuation drills in Newport Pagnell at your premises are designed to test your preparedness in the event of a fire. We are based in Milton Keynes and travel to deliver our courses at your premises.
Starting from £395+VAT
Standard drill is 2-8 minutes or a phased evacuation drill can take up to 1 hour.
Must be legally completed yearly but is recommended every 6 months by insurers.
What Will Happen On The Day of The Drill?
- One of our FTC-UK team will arrive at your building for an initial walk around to view and check all routes, emergency equipment and external areas such as Assembly points.
- We then discuss your evacuation plan with the Fire Coordinator to evaluate the emergency procedures along with checking the Grab bag contents should you have one.
- Once all happy, your maintenance will activate the fire alarm to fully evacuate the building after all ARC/Monitoring centres are contacted.
- We will assess the evacuation and once all Fire Wardens have reported to the Fire Coordinator, will get the alarm reset and reoccupy the building. During the whole process we will be taking notes.
- A full debrief will be carried out with building staff and all Fire wardens to the building to give constructive feedback. Also its an opportunity to ask any relevant questions.
- This whole process will be backed up with a detailed report for your records and shared with all involved within the building for any learning outcomes.

Legal Requirements for Building Evacuation Drills
To ensure that your company meets the legal requirements for building evacuation, let us
carry out your building evacuation drill. This legally must be carried out at least every year
but recommended every 6 months.
Accreditations & Compliance
All instructors are experienced Fire Safety Trainers and will enable you to meet industry standards and to ensure you stay compliant with the Fire Safety order.
All Fire Warden courses are now recognised by the Institute of Fire Engineers to give you peace of mind.
